I use a solution-focused Therapy approach to work with individuals, couples and families. I invite you to consider how Solution-Focused Therapy can be helpful to you.
Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) is a unique approach to help you recognize, develop and experience the possibilities of a hopeful desired outcome.
What is unique about SFT?
· Some therapies expend a lot of time analyzing the problem. Solution-Focused Therapy focuses on solution-oriented interaction that is not timely in most cases.
· Solution Focuses Therapy invites the client into the experience of recognizing their unique internal abilities, strengths and resources. Qualities that inspire HOPE.
· Solution-Focused Therapy focuses on successes based on what the client has been doing right and uses those successes to design a preferred future.
If you are seeking a therapeutic experience that works toward finding the keys to unlock the possibilities of hopeful solutions, Solution-Focused Therapy maybe the right fit for you.
If you are challenged with stress, anxiety, depression, that manifest negativity in your life, this could affect your circle of influence. This circle could include your spouse, family members, co-workers and friends Working toward understanding how to reach your desired outcome you wish to have with your circle of influence becomes a vital part of the therapeutic process.

LOVE
“Love feels no burden, thinks nothing of trouble, attempts what is above its strength, pleads no excuse of impossibility, for it thinks … all things possible.
- Thomas Kempis
The most infectious component in a relationship? Of course, it’s Love. And love embodies so much, it inspires … all things possible. It defines hope. It overcomes the presence of a problem, it couples us together.
There are two things I’m mindful of when counseling couples. The first thing is, a course of events brought you together, things happened. These things created a bond of happiness embolden by all the possibilities of a future filled with excitement and newness of life. Secondly, your desire to get back to those things or even to a deeper place beyond those things.
My goal in couples counseling is more than working toward reconciliation. My role is to help couples rewrite their story or start a new chapter about how they found a new beginning of possibilities with a deeper understanding of all the loving reasons they fell in love in the first place.
Factors that have caused a strained on the relationship are not to be ignored. However, I approach this challenge by focusing on what is resilient about you as a couple. What was your relationship like before you began to experience a problem?
I welcome the opportunity to join with you to explore the possibilities.
HUMBLE GENTLE KIND

Finding the solution threads that bind families together is the key to helping each family member identify their unique presence and personality that adds color and brilliance to the tapestry of the family system. I see the family as a tapestry of color that displays threads of talents, gifts and abilities. When rekindling Hope and Faith within the family, bound together it’s capable of providing the strength and resilience to inspire solutions for a deeper LOVE.

PEACE
Like the movement in a tapestry, in a family unit there are many moving parts. This can make a problem or stain appears almost too big to remove wherein problem saturated thoughts, feelings and actions may seems too difficult to resolve. This can make a problem or stain appears almost too big to remove wherein problem saturated thoughts, feelings and actions may seems too difficult to resolve. And a lot of time could be spent tending to each person’s thoughts, feeling or actions. Sometimes I employ a different approach. And that is to seek out one small thing each family member could do differently. This one small thing at times becomes the common thread that binds the family back together. Everyone began to see the brilliant color of each family member’s thread and how their one small thread is woven into the tapestry. The process restores hope.
